For private occasions, Estate 89 offers the option of working with a personal chef. Among them is Chef Wina, known from MasterChef Indonesia (MCI), whose approach blends Indonesian roots with contemporary technique.

Instead of standardized catering, the Estate 89 kitchen adapts to each event. Menus are planned to match the setting—whether it’s a family celebration, a private dinner, or a corporate gathering.
